Steak N Shake - Apopka

Please double check orders. Both orders of fries were missing from my combo meal, and one of the combo meals was missing a drink.

Each time I order from this restaurant, they always manage to mess up my order in some way. This latest experience was the final straw. I had ordered a combo meal and a milkshake, but when my order arrived, I only received the milkshake. It's extremely frustrating and disappointing.

The 5 pieces of chicken fingers were undercooked and the hamburger bun was stale. The onion rings were average.

They did not put my milkshakes with my order. That was the whole point of ordering Steak and Shake. They also burnt the bread on my Frisco Melt. Save yourself the anger. DO NOT ORDER STEAK and SHAKE!!

I usually don't have any problems. but this time, my command was messed up and the manager wants me to go through the line again. when I've been waiting for my lunch for 10-15 minutes. he tells the employee he can't give me a free meal. when I didn't get to eat for free. it wasn't my fault there was a wrong communication. so I am not satisfied with my service today. Just give me what I ordered. I would have paid for it. but not ready to go back through the line when it is back secured.
