Sam's Club - Apopka

Came for some shopping rx goggles, I was told because I had no physical kopie my rx that I could not buy glasses. I am able to buy glasses online without my p h y s i c a l rx. absolutely tragic customer service and technologies.

Sam club is good. Tire center gave me an hard time just for an battery install on a battery brought from them today.Had the same batteries installed by Sam's on this truck before now the techs are saying 2017 f250 are too new for them to install batteries on, then the next excuse was they do not do dual battery installs, next was on on of the batteries i have power to my amp but they wouldn't let me remove.Never had issues before but this crew made it clear that they just did not want to do the work.

I came to the Apopka Sams Club thinking my cake order was there To my surprise my wife had called the wrong club The lady with the red hair was very nice and asked me if I could wait 10-15 minutes and she would make my cake Thank you for helping save my sons birthday party!!! Great customer service

Easy to find what you're looking for and staff is very helpful. Only downside is parking etiquette doesn't exist there. customers will park however and leave carts everywhere in the lot. Not the staff's fault, but it can make maneuvering the lanes a bit nerve wracking.

We have belonged to both Sam's and Costco for years. Service at Sam's service desk is unfriendly and challenging most of the time, especially on over charges and returns. Needs better training in customer care. Costco is far easier on returns and service. The 2 things we like more about Sam's is being able to scan items on our app and pay online without waiting in line (especially during COVID and the fact that we can get in a short time earlier as business members. Thankful they came to Apopka, just wish they were as consumer friendly as Costco.
