Palhena - Anuradhapura

It is fairly troublesome to find a decent dining place near Anuradhapura especially at night. This place is located, not too far from the Town and very much accessible. It was almost empty on Friday night. Plenty of food options but mostly fried stuff. It took around 20mins to prepare and the food was tasty. Full fried rice may be good enough for two to three people. Prices are in the mid range. Highly recommended!

Have undergone so many changes .. good is good and a nice warm atmosphere.. their customer support is recommended... I ordered cream chicken soup, Sweet corn chicken soup and special mix chopsuey rice. it was really worthy and super tasty too. one of the best chicken soup I ever experienced in this town

Great place to go when you expect local cuisine. All fruits and vegetables are organically grown. The food smelled so good and it tasted all so delicious that I forgot to make pictures even... What I loved most is the environment and atmosphere they had made with authentic pieces and representatives reflecting Sri Lanka's historical agricultural culture. The staff was really hospitable and helpful. Thank you for taking into account our requirements! We will visit again and recommend for everyone!

Delicious Sri Lankan food. Friendly staff. Excellent service. The environment is really beautiful and nature-friendly. Among all the restaurants we tried for Anuradhapura, this was the best place. I hope to come back to try new dishes.
