Make sure you check your order! We bought over $30 in food just to come home without Gravy, and then taste several pieces of chicken as if it had been sitting there for several hours... You definitely need new managers! It doesn't matter where you work, It's important how you do the job! Always do the best as possible. When workers stop nurturing, it's time to let them go!!

They were from their chicken fillet sandwich that they promote all the time. It was 3:00 on Saturday. The staff had no idea. 20 minutes to tell me. It won't be back.

This special KFC was the worst KFC experience ever. Rude staff, just drive thru and they have messed up my order with my friends! Hort

The experience here is definitely worth missing. Bad all the way around from customer service to just getting orders correct. Service time is long if the line is long or short. Chicken size is very inconsistent and not often even hot or warm. This information was collected over a week's time with three different visits.
