Mezes Greek Grill - Ann Arbor

One of the best places to have grilled items either dine-in or on the go. Food is always fresh, a generous amount of fries and I love the white sauce drizzled in the wraps. I used to frequent here when I had classes in MLB. Really miss those times! This place has a quiet setting which I really do enjoy. Staffs are great and friendly. Highly recommended!

Some of the BEST food I have ever eaten. The service was phenomenal but food was better. I took my wife here for her birthday. We had groupons for Mama Satto but were turned away for some unacceptable and unexplained reason. It was the best choices I have made in ages when I chose to go to Mezes before leaving. I will tell EVERTONE I know about this place. A TRUE diamond in the rough of bland campus food fare. A

This is the best lamb and beef mix I've ever tasted! The Tsaziki, spicy feta, and mustard aioli sauces are outstanding. I've found my new favorite spot. It’s also a lot of fun to sit at the counter facing the noodle bar and watch everyone while enjoying my meal.

The staff here is amazing, and the fries are packed with flavor! You'll never have to worry about getting a burnt pita. The gyros, baklava, and spinach pie are all excellent. I can't wait to return!

"I thought you said you weren't hungry," I teased her. She leaned in and whispered, "I'm not! They just keep bringing out food." It turns out, Mezes welcomed both my sister and me with open arms, serving us 4-5 large bowls of food for free. A gentleman, who I believe was either the owner or the manager, engaged us in conversation, explaining the dishes, their origins, and graciously answering all our questions. He shared stories about how the restaurant got started while also asking about our lives and travels. I was truly amazed by their generosity, as giving away so much food is certainly not a typical practice. The experience left me feeling uplifted; they simply took us in, fed us, and sent us on our way with warmth. We couldn’t help but sneak some cash into the tip jar when no one was looking, especially since they refused to accept any payment for the incredible food. And let me tell you, the food was outstanding—not just because it was free!
