Godaiko - Ann Arbor

The food was delicious! We ordered sushi and a bowl, and everything was excellent. We were especially impressed by how tasty the bowl was and would love to enjoy it again in the future!

The fish was wonderfully prepared. The unagi (eel) was delicious, and the portion was generous, served with a boiled egg that had been shelled. I really enjoyed the way they prepared the salad as well.

Unnecessary hesitation for all senses! on my travels I see in front of a sushi kitchen to compare with godaiko....has not found it! (Sushi..buy ones get a free worth! also try the flying yakisoba! this small decorative restaurant has large 5 stars quality of character and taste. immerse, not to go....es godaiko! 5 I am always somewhere and nowhere. Follow me to see where I am not!

Ordered some sushi! Very nice meal. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal. My favorite was the California rolls and the teriyaki chicken. Very delicious . What a beautiful location as well! Excellent meal overall and the some of the best in Ann Arbor!

Soup and salad were good. Sushi was not as fresh as it could be Tuna, salmon and Hamachi. Rice portion on the sushi was way too large even though fish itself was larger than typical. Spider role same comment (rice too much) plus the soft crab could have been more crunchy. Service and ambience were okay. Not quite 4 stars but closer to 4 than 3. So, rounding up here.
