Detroit Cookie Company - Ann Arbor

I spent $25 on cookies, and for reference, my hand is small. I was disappointed to find that the cookies were much smaller than I expected for $3 each. They were thin, and half of them were hard, making it difficult to taste the intended flavors. I was hoping the peanut butter volcano would have some kind of whipped peanut butter, but instead, it was just a lump of regular peanut butter sitting on a lackluster cookie. Although they’re quite overhyped, I would prefer to go to Crumbl instead. It’s unfortunate to say this, especially since I love to support local businesses.

The staff at DCC were incredibly accommodating when we placed a last-minute order for a large quantity of cookies (18 dozen!) for a family event. Our order was ready for pick-up right on schedule, neatly boxed despite the wintery weather we had experienced in the days prior. The delicious, individually wrapped and labeled cookies were a huge success and were thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. We wholeheartedly recommend DCC without hesitation!

The selection of cookies and dough is impressive, but it wasn't exactly what I had anticipated. The staff is wonderful, and the store has a charming atmosphere. However, finding parking can be a bit challenging.

Just spoke with someone to gain clarity around a large cookie order for my staff and the gentleman on the phone was RUDE! I can't help if you are the only one in the store at that time. Your website states to call for catering order questions. The last time I purchased cookies, I spent over 300.00 dollars. Never again. You just lost another large sale!

AMAZING COOKIES! Good Vegan and gluten free cookies are hard to find and this place delivers! Their cookies are so soft and delicious! I couldn't even wait to leave the bakery before stuffing one into my mouth! The service was great, with kind workers and the place was calm and relaxing, even with the chaos of construction around the store!
