Contribuiți la feedbackThis is by far the best vegan restaurant in the environment. I love any option here. great atmosphere and friendly service also!
This restaurant has so much variety and the waiters are so knowledgeable. it's a slender pricy, but it's worth it.
I love this place! it is my access to the guests because there are so many possibilities, and not-for people still seem to really like it. their family pans are also great. delicious food! I only wish they would make a more digital menu.
Beautiful Veggie/vegan resto in the outskirts of aa. they have many vegan options, including mac, reuben, jambalaya, sommes, spinat artischocke dip. yummmmmm! more reasonable and friendly service. updated by previous review on 2021-11-29
My friend and I went to Seva for lunch. She is an Ann Arbor native and remembers when Seva used to be located in downtown Ann Arbor. My friend is vegan and has been going to Seva since 1991 when she first became vegan. Back then she recalls fondly that Seva was the only vegetarian restaurant in town besides a since defunct vegan Chinese restaurant. Seva has since moved to a spacious location in a strip mall area. I give the ambience 5 stars as we were able to secure a roomy booth and when we arrived it was fairly quiet. By the time we left the place was packed full which is great that so many people were enjoying plant based meals although it was slightly noisy yet equal to attending an acoustic folk concert instead of the noise at a punk rock show at nearby vegan Lunch Room. I give Seva's food 4.5 stars. Although the Lunch Room had better food I much preferred the quietude of Seva. I ordered the T.L.T. tempeh sandwich with the peanut kale salad. I was surprised that the sandwich came in a wrap form. The tempeh was excellent and the wrap came with guacamole that was great and normally it comes with cheddar cheese so instead subbed it out for daiya cheddar cheese to make it vegan. I found the peanut kale salad to be excellent as well as tasted very fresh. It basically was kale, shredded bell peppers, shredded carrots with peanuts topped on top to get it a peanut flavor. It wasn't at all oily and feel that the mashed peanuts gave it it's flavor. My friend opted for a triple combination with the peanut kale salad, roasted potatoes, and steamed broccoli. I tried a little of her roasted potatoes and like my friend I agreed with her that the potatoes were a bit oily hence the half star deduction. The steamed broccoli was tender and great. I liked seeing all the Ann Arbor people there and also the walls were decorated with local art of paintings that had an alternative goth feel to them. On the way out I saw a chalk board showcasing regional microbrews. I don't drink alcohol yet if a diner who is comes here is fond of it I'm sure they will be in near wild heaven like Michael Stipe.
