Maid-rite Of Ankeny

This restaurant is so delicious that even the Food Network hasn't covered it yet. It offers classic American cuisine that feels like a hidden gem only known to a select few. The Maid-Rite sandwiches are a must-try and are becoming increasingly rare, so be sure to try one while you're in Iowa before they're gone for good.

We recently visited this restaurant and are happy we did. The kind woman at the register gave us some excellent recommendations since it was our first time trying a Maid-Rite. The Maid-Rite sandwich was served with cheese and all the traditional toppings, along with some crispy onion rings. She also brought us a delicious dipping sauce for the onion rings. The Maid-Rite was excellent, and the onion rings were crispy and flavorful. The service was quick and very friendly, and the dining room was clean. Overall, we had a great meal and would recommend this place to anyone passing through Iowa.

The restaurant has a wonderful location! It is a little expensive, but the food is delicious and served hot.
