Le Mail - Angers

Many things to say, but good. The setting is pleasant as much by the geographical location slightly out of the city and out of time as by decoration and interior furnishings giving a warm setting to the whole. The quality of reception does not ruin this. What about the plate content? A kitchen that I would describe as bistronomical, with a French-inspired base and other slightly Cajun influences. But I might make a mistake. Whatever it is perfect cooking, seasoning, and interesting agreements that make you want to come back. Besides, I'm going back in two days. Thank you all for your welcome. A fellow restorer who wants you good and wishes you the best success. Ps: special mention for the canette lightly smoked before baking and rosé to perfection.

Very cosy setting with a beautiful view of the garden of the mail. A quality cuisine with a good value for money. A very nice staff, with small care and good advice for the met-vin agreements. An address that should become a must on Angers.
