Mcdonald's - Anchorage

Great clean location with friendly staff.Does need a power door ADA opening for un attended wheelchair users.

REVISION Okay, they have changed the hours on the building, but the Google Maps hours still say their lobby is open at 6 AM. Still, at least somebody got the hours changed on the store front itself, so I 'll bump up the star rating from 1 to 3.The food and the staff there are pretty good for McD 's and honor and credit are due, especially when some mistakes are being seen and corrected. PREVIOUS STATEMENT This is the second time in the past two weeks that I 've stopped by for breakfast and found the lobby closed. This was during normal hours when the lobby was posted both on Google and on the McDonald 's website as being open. The only notice of a closure that I saw was on the McDonald 's door where there was a paper sign that read LOBBY HOURS in red lettering.I would just like something posted online letting us all know if the lobby is closed before spending the time and energy to walk down to McDonald 's.

This location charges 1.10 more for a SEC Biscuit than other locations.

This location is the best one to go to. They haven’t ever given cold food before. We mostly go for the breakfast $3 sausage McMuffin/ hash brown bundle and my mom always asks for a large ice water which they kindly haven’t charged for. Joseph is an absolute DELIGHT!!! WE LOVE JOSEPH and he makes our entire day any chance we get to see him there!! He is pure magic his energy sets our day off on a fantastic foot. PLEASE GIVE JOSEPH A RAISE OR A CORPORATE SHOUT OUT OR A PROMOTION OR SOMETHING HE HAS OUT OF THIS WORLD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
