Excellent customer service! as bindestrich I received the order and it was good outside their business hours. the owner / manager called to confirm my eta, and they gave me the customer order, along with a smile and friendliness. each owner/manager and the employee had excellent dispositions. the customer received his order without card. many thanks! cam.

The ice is not the problem, it is only the service. Sometimes you get great ice, sometimes you get bad ice, it really depends on who you are doing ice. I think alona makes the best, but if she's not here, I'm not going in. the portion size of the ice is very uneven, depending on who makes her ice tasty. I have paid for a small part and literally got a spoon. I know it seems like an exaggeration, but it's not. if they add something and put on the marble plate to mix the other tasty, the ice melts and most ices is either on the creative tool or on the left side on the plate.

All were very nice. ice was delicious, there was no line when we wore up, then suddenly it became very full. that was at 730 a.m.

Love the atmosphere every time I come to get ice and even the owners of the shop are always hands with customers and their employees; the staff is very friendly and always quick to use. highly recommended to stop by.

They really let a guy do all the work while 2 girls were just standing there talking. I told them to help him out and they both said “he is doing all I’m handling the other people.” there’s a RUSH! you guys are supposed to knock out a rush all together. Teenagers workings or not, horrible rush working as a group. we were there for a good 30 mins or so.
