The beds and the sleeping conditions are good, there is a coffee machine and a small in-room safe. The shower is slippery. There is a shower mat that you better use. There was a note from the management that there was no service planned for the first 3 days allegedly due to staff shortages. Since the hotel is often on the list of cruise companies and guests usually stay here for a short time before embarkation or starting their trip, this seems a rather opportunistic attitude.
This was our crew hotel during our bi monthly trips to Narita. What a magical time of the year. Service and food was impeccable. If you ever have the chance..do not pass this by. Check out the Crows Nest and have some fun. This is without a doubt the best there is.
Excellent service, comfortable nice clean rooms, and superb food!!! This was a family trip and we booked 2 of their 2-bedroom suites. The views from the rooms were stunning! Best yet, each 2-Bedroom Suite had 3 bathrooms!!! Which made it easier/faster to get us ready and out the door on time. Very close to the airport, so we took an Uber. Everything was walking distance (museum, mall, monuments, stores, etc. . Great nearby brewery. The people in Alaska are very pleasant and friendly. Can't wait to go back!!!
The hotel is reputed to be the best in Anchorage. It's decent, nice staff, but not very knowledable. Very dark decors and seriously needs updating. room was comfortable and a bit worn. With updating this could be a much nicer place. Lots of shops, some fine, others with overpriced goods.
The room we had was very nice with cityview, up on the 18th floors and we can see Anchorage and the mountains. there are at least 2 restaurant and a cafe in this hotel and the price are reasonable. The guest are mostly from the cruise ship. I would recommend this hotel.
