Contribuiți la feedbackSince my last trip to anker, alaska, it is at least 20 years ago. f street was then a popular place and it is still fantastic. without doubt they have healed the best and chips in the city, perhaps even the state. her chicken sandwich is also delicious and high at the top of my list. the best of all they double their fries for a cripple on the outside that is perfect. also they have a really good choice to be on hahn; plus, the famous block of cheese can still be found at the corner of the bar.
Our caterers at cold colder night closed with all other bars and restaurants in the city. a small fun place with great beer and finger food and sandwiches. expect the place to be filled with people, but the mood is fun and the eating is delicious. I have the calamari, the healed and the garnel. all three were delicious and we all flew up. also the service was decent and our server seemed knowledgeable and friendly. recommend this place as first choice and not only a “There are no other places open” type of choice
I've been driving to the train station since 1998! during this time I worked for 3 airlines. the atmosphere is fabulous, lively and I meet other flyers. I have usually cured the caesar salad with smoked fresh, always delicious and cheap. I feel so to visit home f street and am so glad that they made it through kovid!
Sweet intimate bar setting, would recommend people who have time to wait or just looking for a drink because sitting places are limited. beer on hahn, bottle and wee. it was pretty good, they crawled today, but their cured sandwich is my biggest recommended. as caesar salatfan it is a hit or miss. I wouldn't reorder her calamari, but her jalapeño mayo who accompanies it makes it worth it if they were a calamari superfan like me. clam chowder was thankful. my waitress was beautiful and did her the best to keep us drunk. we waited for our food, about 15 minutes between each dish. it is always practical to check twice what they get, I ordered a dish supple, but got a cup. I didn't mind, so my waitress took it off. but if you don't know anything better, it would have been a mix.
I really enjoyed this place, we'd tried to go several times but it was so busy we couldn't get a spot. It's the closest thing Anchorage has to a pub, with the darkened wood, pub stools, and chatter. The ceilings are beautiful copper tiles and the waitresses are cute and quick with their service. We both had the grilled turkey sandwich and liked it. What sets it apart is the jalapeno mayo that accompanies it. The French onion soup was good as well. I enjoyed the noise and energy and would come back
