Pizza V - Amherstburg

I recently had a terrible experience at this restaurant when I joined five of my friends for drinks and food.

We have ordered the pizza multiple times and it never disappoints. The pizzas are classic and delicious. However, I have always done takeout, so I cannot comment on the service.

We were able to visit this restaurant last Friday night on a whim, and it turned out to be a great spot to end my evening.

Have ordered a couple times from V and both the family size and the specialized pizzas are awesome! The thin crust and pizza sauce are great!

I originally wrote a review on Pizza V last September 2015, giving it a 5*. That was the first time we had ever ordered from them, and yes, it was awesome! However,I have been back twice since then, and have not been overly impressed. Both times the pizza was mediocre at best. My last visit there, I felt like I was "intruding", and did not really feel overly welcome. I have not returned since then. There are a LOT of Pizza places in this area, and several that are much better insofar as quality and value.
