Mcdonald's - Alpine

I’ve been apart of the community for a long time and alpines McDonald’s has always done well but I’m tired of my order being wrong every time and told it can’t be fixed. If I buy a hot coffee give it to me I payed for it!! Customer service is important and right now they just don’t have that right now.

I've been to many, MANY McDonalds in my time. I've seen very nice and enjoyable experiences and some which were far from great. With McDonald's you're not looking for an upscale experience or top quality fare.. you're there to feed a need. But, this McDonalds ranks among the worst i've seen. The ordering process was confusing and there seemed to be no quality assurance process to ensure the orders were correct. of the 7 meals we ordered, only ONE was correct. We had fries missing, burgers missing, and one order itself completely missing. There was virtually no one minding the front to address issues or customers and we had to chase down someone to assist. The only thing i can say positive about this place is that it was clean.

This is the only McDonald's in town but, the food here and even the French fries, very hot and crisp, are better than anything we have back home. The service eating in or drive through is great. People are very nice. This is an impressive McDonald's.

Online says drive thru open until 1am, but nope wrong. Fix that for people don't get mislead.

10:30 a.m. Why are some visitorsable to dine in and some are not?There is a lock on door to dining inside, but employee opened for some, then told dining room closed?
