The Wild Strawberry - Allerdale

A good choice of gluten free alternatives on the menu. Gluten free crepes are cooked on the same equipment as those with gluten but we were advised it was thoroughly cleaned before preparing a GF crepe and have had no adverse reaction.

Great, loved the sharp vedge burger. the mushroom and the bohnenpatty was really good, good texture and taste. I also tried the beet the pack one, I did not love it so much, but nevertheless quite well. remarkable that its no longer a beetroot patty (so not sure why the name is the same as it is not really something beetroot about it its now a mock meat patty of taste glory, which was good, but I much prefer a veg or bening based patty. super crispy pommes were a decent choice, but the sweet kartoffelfries beat them simply. Great place, the often trail running or hiking competitions where they donate to local projects. personal was great and checked whether they wanted veggie or vegan when they ordered updated by previous review on 2022-06-15

Serve meat large tasting eating, requires no booking, it can wait for a table due to this. two beet the pack burger, chips and nachos with lenses and drill chili ordered. a fully vegan burger and 2, which can be changed to be clearly labeled vegan on the menu.

Burger was good and they had vegan sticky fabric pudding. beautifully relaxed feel in the pub and the staff was friendly. could be using a few more vegan options!
