I received my order correctly. The staff was very friendly and attentive, always willing to wait a moment.

The manager's attitude and poor customer service are the worst I have ever experienced. When I asked for more coffee, she told me I would have to pay extra. This is truly the worst customer service I have encountered in this establishment, all thanks to the manager.

I have been to this restaurant ten times, but never again. I was very unsatisfied with my experience. The donuts and drinks were just okay, and the customer service was terrible, even coming from the Indian owners. The only positive thing about this place is its location. I will not be returning.

This is my favorite dunkin’ safe in alltown. I usually go daily at 5:30 o'clock. The girls in the early morning shift are so sweet, friendly and professional. they always get my order right and work in a great tempo! give this girl an increase Dunkin’! thank you!

Ordered using the mobile app and this location got everything correct, including the signature drink! Everything was well made and delicious.
