We sampled four dishes, all prepared with exceptional precision and featuring herbs grown in-house. The portion sizes were on the smaller side for American standards, but they truly embraced the essence of authentic cuisine. The noise level was moderately high, but the overall atmosphere remained intimate. A great perk is that you can bring your own wine. The standout of the night was the classic Italian Lavazza espresso. Abby served it with an impressively precise amount of cream, which left a lasting impression on me. I definitely plan to return. Tres Scalini operates as a BYOB establishment, so feel free to bring your own wine to complement your meal. The food is absolutely exceptional, with a variety of delicious pasta dishes offered at reasonable prices. The service further elevated our experience; our waitress was knowledgeable and provided great insights on various dishes, helping us navigate the tempting menu options. For starters, we highly recommend the meat and cheese board, which offers fantastic value. Just a word of caution: if there are only two of you ordering, be prepared to manage the space on your table after sharing the board—we managed to squeeze everything in, though! Hidden gem of Bethlehem for sure. Unassuming and very great location. Reservations are almost a must due to the nature of their setup and quaint dining experience. Food and portions are just right for their price point $25 and it's byob so don't forget the wine.
