Top restaurant it's not just a hiking hut as a destination but a very good restaurant. We had our Christmas party there with 20 people. Delicious Cordon Bleu, cheese fondue, duck, Nüsslesalat Kaiserschmarren. Top nice and competent waiter “Hermann” Anytime again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Friends of mine who have been living on the lake for a long time have recently called farmen one of the most beautiful places far and wide – and that wants to be hot! I can also confirm that they find themselves here with dog, child and cone, possibly even with large family, completely comfortable, excellent, honest and regional cuisine and are still very nice and friendly. also at peak times, also to celebrate. after previous visit I was back in the last days too hospitable and still very finished. hof farms is very rural and remote in the midst of agricultural areas and small forests on the bodanrück, high above the ground lake. it belongs to the allebacher partort langrain. from long distances they come to a good foot in a walk here, even cyclists are welcome here. otherwise the car is hip. Even the bus 7370 unfortunately only lasts in long distances. parking spaces are available in the regular enough. who is too bad to go can climb to the farm itself. in summer the huge beer garden is particularly impressed: traditional wooden and chairs on the Scottish floor, with enough sun umbrellas. but also the dining room is very friendly and light rustic, with natural materials and friendly tones. the menu offers fragrant, tasty meat dishes, light and fresh salads, hearty vesper, delicious drinks from the nearby region and (I must now mention a sensational, lush cake from the fuchshof (at lzelstetten). we ate cans that were pressed fine by the presse and mixed with deftbien (9,40 euro), plus a small, fresh snacksalat (4,70 euro with ingredients probably from the sweet island richau. the portions were huge, so I would like to wish the next smaller amount, because the late zle definitiw should be served with salat. everything else would be hopeless in the lean collapse. In addition, we tested the Swiss sausage salad for something over 10 euro: there was a huge tower of finely cut sausage and cheese served, tasty and rezental made and accompanied by plenty of whispers (possibly this was the legendary nausea? even this section was hardly possible. the cheese spokes we shared in some, which was a very good decision: they were packed in a microwave-suited vessel; so we could reheat them the next day in our apartment. they had no taste and consistency! on request the weinschorle is mixed with the preferred grape varieties, which is called “special choir” here and cost 50 cent what it is worth. as I love gooddel, the skordel of it (good cooled very good (3.50 euro for 0.2 liter). Here are also the special Zibärtle brandy that they should try, as only available in a few against Germany. unfortunately I sometimes missed the bitter-mandel taste, because the spirituose was very fruity and fresh. the icy was served in a semi-liter glass (3,60 euro) and was very thirsty. we were served by cowardly, youthful service workers and by the floor-to-hals course itself and felt good. they always went to ask special or professional. here the gas is still very well disposed. Monday and Tuesday is closed, but then they can get on the motherhouse cross in dettingen. we'll test the next time.
