As a side note, after I expressed my dissatisfaction, Starbucks responded to my sarcastic comments with a generic reply and a link to their corporate website. Very personal, right? It’s as if the whole situation speaks volumes about their customer service.

What can I say about the caramel macchiato from Starbucks at this location? It's not a good look—actually, it tastes like water. If there's no caramel drizzle on top, it's because the drink is poorly made; the foam isn't thick enough to hold the caramel, so it just sinks to the bottom. This spot is really convenient, but after paying for five unsatisfactory drinks, including remakes, I won’t be coming back.

I truly appreciate this location and the employees. I visit more often than I care to admit, and they consistently make my drink perfectly. The staff is always friendly and quick. I have about five Starbucks locations near me, but this is the one I always prefer. The team here is fantastic! They deserve all the recognition they can get, and I believe they definitely need a raise!

Drinks are always fantastic at this point. You always have the cookies my daughter loves. The staff is polite.

This location does not know how to make cold foam. First cold foam turned out thick and gooey like the texture of condensed milk or spoiled clotted milk. Cold foam supposed to be light and airy! Literally foam. Got them to fix the drink the second foam remake was just as thick but thank goodness the barista noticed and dumped it out and remade it. The final product was thinner but was still clotty. Not sure if it’s the freshness of the ingredients or what but they cannot make cold foam here. Avoid!
