Papa Johns Pizza - Allen

The new pizza dish ordered. Because I'm on the low carb. Was very good will keep the order. The staff was great.

I tried to order as I am less than a mile on the road and almost half an hour towards closing. I could pick up online with credit card. Reviews show many confused orders and basically steal money. I wanted to pay money in the store if it happened to me or if they burned the food, etc. Try to help by calling after pickup to help a driver leave the time, but was said to order online. I just wanted a parrot because nobody else sold Calzone and I was hungry. Shipping costs are $5, it's not a tip, I shouldn't have to pay insurance for a half mile trip. Minimum requirement of 14.99, I was a few cents shortly after tax, I would absolutely not type the driver, even if for some reason I had paid twice the price it would have been for an execution. I'm not going to sell. Some half a mile away. Business is business, I think, but don't make it hard on the customer. Dominoes is better and goes the extra mile in my experience and never supplies no food without refund, as reported here. No ridiculous 25 dollar pizzas, 20 percent discounts on all items with execution. Pizza hat is pricier, but they have at least options like filled crust to justify it. I'm just going, but after this strange political stuff along with the reviews, Papa Johns didn't win over my thoughts when I'm hungry for pizza. I don't order PJ anyway, not for any reason, but this store sounds like a spot of franchise, not even my own complaint. I'm glad I didn't listen to my stomach

Order for delivery online, uploaded my bank and then took the money “missed” and there was nothing they would do for me. I took my money and no help at all, even if I drove to the place to sort it. Wouldn’t even make me a discount on another order after having been robbed 30$ on a “non-existent” delivery order. Pizza is not bad, but customer service is very lacking. I won't plan to return to this place.

My order was cancelled without refund. I'll go to every social media page tomorrow and go to the store to ask for a refund. The store should not have taken my order and then cancel my money without telling me. Is there a rating below 1? Zero!!!!

I tried to order food on the app and it took my money and it said it didn't go through so I called and this very disrespectful lady basically tell me I'm wrong and it didn't take my money and she was so rude just because I had a question.
