Nothing spectacular but wasn't expecting anything like that. Had the Vermicelli with charbroiled pork and eggroll and it tasted like every other pho joint in the area which is not a bad thing. Parking was abundant even on a busy weekend evening.
Great vietnamese food restaurants. The pho soup is the best that any other vietnamese on the area. The steam rolls are very good. Every place i had try here. Are so good. I love to come and eat here and also order for take out.Food: 5/5
This restaurant has a huge menu and lots of parking. The food was decent. I loved the finely sliced carrots and cucumbers. The portions were decent and the food is a little pricey. They brought out the appetizers after the main entrees came out. The Bo Nuong Cuon was horrible. I really don’t recommend ordering spring rolls anywhere. Our spring rolls came with only one slice of meat and the rest was noodles and veggies. What a waste of money. We ordered the Bo Luc Lac and chose a baguette instead of rice, big mistake. This baguette was so stale so i’m glad we didn’t order the Banh Mi.I probably won’t come back to this restaurant since there are so many options in the area. The staff was also really nice and friendly.
Good Eats.. Phó Kobe with a Vietnamese Iced Coffee chaser. Good Stuff. Staff was very friendly. The prices were reasonable. The crispy egg rolls were awesome.Food: 5/5
Saigon Eden is a restaurant that boasts an ample amount of seating, making it a convenient choice for diners who prefer not to worry about wait times. However, while the restaurant has its merits, I found the overall quality of the food to be rather mediocre. One of the dishes I tried was the pho, a classic Vietnamese noodle soup. Unfortunately, I found that the pho at Saigon Eden lacked the depth of flavor that I have come to expect from this traditional dish. The broth seemed to lack the robustness and aromatic spices that typically make pho such a delightful and comforting choice.Another dish I sampled was the bun bo hue, a spicy beef noodle soup. To my disappointment, the soup lacked the bold and complex flavors that characterize this dish. The broth was rather bland, and it failed to capture the authentic essence of bun bo hue that I have experienced at other Vietnamese establishments. In terms of pricing, Saigon Eden tends to be on the higher end compared to many other Vietnamese food establishments in the area. This, coupled with the lackluster food quality, makes it difficult to justify the elevated prices. When there are numerous other Vietnamese restaurants nearby offering better options at more reasonable prices, it becomes challenging to recommend Saigon Eden as the go-to choice. While Saigon Eden does provide the advantage of ample seating, allowing for a stress-free dining experience, it falls short when it comes to delivering truly flavorful and authentic Vietnamese cuisine. If you're in search of a more satisfying culinary adventure, I would suggest exploring other establishments in the area that excel in capturing the vibrant and savory flavors of Vietnamese cuisine.
