I rarely give 5 stars on a first visit to a restaurant, but it really was an excellent dining experience accompanied by careful and competent service. I followed the 4 hills menu, in which 4 dishes are chosen, from between 6 to 8 options for each phase. Very interesting interpretations, all in excellent quality, with very well achieved di Chef touches. Good wine cellar, focused on the wines of the region. I will definitely be back.
