Whataburger - Alexandria

I've always relied on Whataburger to satisfy my late-night cravings, but this location may be the worst I've ever experienced. I love their strawberry milkshakes, but when I ordered one, Mary B handed me a vanilla instead. When I asked about the mix-up, she replaced it with another vanilla and had an attitude, insisting that was what I had ordered. I checked my receipt, and it clearly stated strawberry.

The night staff is quite disappointing. They appear unhappy to be working there and often get my order wrong, even though it's a simple one. Tonight, I had to throw away a $13 chicken sandwich because it was completely wrong. I tried to make do with it, but ultimately it ended up in the trash. Their prices are too high for the level of service and accuracy I’ve encountered!

I was charged $13.00 for a patty melt, but all I got was two slices of toast and a single hamburger patty.

After struggling with the register issue for about five minutes, she finally gave me my food, drink, and card. I ordered the sausage gravy and biscuits, which is typically delicious, but unfortunately, after sitting out for a while, it didn’t taste as great. I won’t fault the food itself, though; I’ll reserve my comments. The biggest problem? I was given no utensils to eat with! Luckily, I wasn't on the go, or I would have ended up in a mess of gravy!

Overall, the food is quite good and the service is reliable. However, during my recent visit, I ordered one dish but was served something entirely different. I would appreciate it if the staff could take a moment to repeat my order for confirmation. I didn't return to address the issue because I was feeling too tired.
