Three times is more than enough! After going through the drive-thru, we were asked to wait for our relatively simple order. After waiting more than 40 minutes, I went inside to request a refund. My order was just sitting there, but at that point, I declined to take it. We ended up eating at Raising Cane's without any issues.

I arrived at the drive-thru and was the second car in line. However, the girl in charge directed the car in the other lane to take their order first. As a result, I had to wait about 15 minutes before someone took my order.

The restaurant consistently takes a long time with DoorDash orders. The food is never ready by the time the driver arrives, and it usually takes an additional 10 minutes for them to package it up. They should handle DoorDash orders just like regular dine-in orders.

I've never been to a place that keeps ur order wrong and get a lot of luck eating fresh.

Fast service and nice employees most days. The male manager during the day is professional and very nice !
