Lou And Laura's - Alexandria

I have been dining at Lou Laura's since I was a young child. While it is similar, the sauce and flavor of the chicken have both changed over the years. It seems like they may be using a different seasoning now. Overall, the food is good, but it just doesn't quite taste like the original recipe.

I recently had the best burgers in a long time at this restaurant! Sam's burgers are amazing! We also heard he's a great dancer!

I'm not sure if it was just an off day or what, but the tables were very dirty and the curly fries were too greasy and undercooked. I've always had excellent food here, but unfortunately not today.

The wait time was long, but the food was good. This would be a 5 if the wait time wasn’t so long. Feels like things can be optimized from an operational standpoint (new POS system, better flow of traffic, etc. Also, the menus switch through items too quickly.

First time I visited here and glad I did. Son ordered double bacon cheeseburger and I ordered fried chicken with curly fries. Burger was delicious with real meat patties on a fresh bun. My chicken was delicious and the curly fries were excellent.
