The two employees working in the lines did not add a few articles in my order that I had asked on the page. And the food had no good taste. So disappointed
Very slow service despite 10 employees work. The food was bad too. Blows my mind that Chipotle can taste that different based on what location you go to.
This place deserves zero stars! Today I went to buy a lunch and I asked very kindly the lady that I wanted to pay for extra rice after she started my lunch, comes a girl and begins to scream at the lady in a completely out of place tone and very loud, asserted because I had more rice, I felt so embarrassed! because of her screams that the customers heard if she had asked the lady, would have recognized her that I had paid for extra rice, it was definitely a terrible experience
Slow down. It seems to be a consistent pace, whether packed or your next in the line. Food needs time to cook. Violation. I choose my grain and protein and my bowl waits for the next station?. The employee behind the glass, PROCEEDS make the customer? The bowl behind me? May I? I don't have a pico yet. The ?1? Customers behind me dressed their bowls (2) with corn, they call it. It wasn't until the line server took the time to see me in my eyes that I was able to prepare my bowl? then when she put the lid on my bowl she deliberately crushed it to the point I asked for another. They are near where I live and it has been convenient for me, so I have tolerated a lot of their bad service over a long period of time. They often don 't hear what you say and put wrong items in the bowl, or extra items and try to charge you. They never place pick up order on the rack and you always have to try to get someone 's attention to get it for you from inside. They usually don 't pay attention and you have to repeatedly say excuse me loudly. Also, you have to stand in a crowded space between the cashier and the soda fountain, and it is not six feet, but actually less than six inches from all the people around. They gave me a totally wrong online order today, I had to go back and get it changed. There was not an apology from anyone. I am never going to this Chipotle again in my life.
