Burger King - Alexandria

I arrived at 5:30 a.m. to purchase breakfast on the way to work. Website states that they open at 5:30 in the morning. Sat in drive thru until 5:50, no one answered at the drive thru. Finally had to drive off so that I would not be late to work. Why advertise that you open at 5:30 when that is clearly false? To make matters worse, this is the only Burger King that still does not allow customers to walk in (drive thru only), yet they keep the doors unlocked and catch an attitude with people that walk in. Smh.

Had a coupon for a meal for 2, was told that they didn't accept coupons . Went to another fast food shop

The Burger King in Alexandria, LA. was awful. I waited in a drive thur with only one vehicle ahead of me and had to wait about 20 minutes before person could even give there order. Pull up to intercom silence so after 5 minutes I start speaking trying to see if someone was there but nothing. Finally order after 15 minutes, pull up to pay for food I'm told to pull up and wait for food to come out after about 10 minutes but my order wasn't complete. I didn't receive 2 fries or the drinks so had to continue to wait. Really BAD service

Horrible did an mobile order didn’t have what I order asked to substitute it for something of the same price they said no they were very rude didn’t even get my food or my money back would give a zero if I could

I’m not sure what the issue was. At the drive-thru, I had to wait 3-5 minutes for my order to be taken. I had to ask for straws, napkins, and ketchup, as there was nothing available in the lobby area. When I inquired if the lobby was closed, I was told that it wasn’t.
