Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

The meals were flat-out disgusting, due to the fact, that wilted lettuce was used in the salad. In addition, the slices of tomatoes were limp and tasteless. The meals can only be described as garbage (literally) being provided to their customers and then having the audacity to charge us for the meal (which is a stretch) ! It would be appropriate to contact the inspector overseeing the quality of their ingredients.

Food was good. I realize people are stressed around the holidays but if you can Not be nice to someone and smile,DO NOT BE IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB!!! Simple

Waited forever it’s a DISASTER!!!!!! order chicken from a chicken place doesn’t get until 20 minutes later got 15 people stuck in the drive through and 3 people told to pull ahead awful!!!!!!

Management was perftect . Counter male needs training. It takes 3:30 to cook chicken tenders. If a customer asks where their order is after 20 minutes and the counter shakes his head that’s disrespectful . The money paid for tickets is your check. Do your job. I won’t stop until he is fired.
