Bistro 1031 - Aledo

Rather disappointed, went for a late lunch with only 2 other tables, only 1 ordered before us, it took 50 minutes to get our food. They let every plate sit while they prepared the next so we ended up with a cold burger and oddly dry/cold teriyaki wings. Never had full drink glasses. When they brought the bill they had accidentally ran my card for the wrong amount (shorted themselves by over 1/2), I did correct it. Food was okay but NOT worth the price.

Unfortunately very disappointed in the lack of service we received. We waited over an hour for our food. After an hour we had asked how much longer it would be as our four young children were hungry and getting antsy. We were understanding of whatever was happening in the kitchen. However along with several other people we to had to walk out and resort to something else. After reading some of the other reviews I can see that this has been an ongoing issue. I do hope they can get it together real soon. Aledo is small and word gets around quick, that could be bad for business.

The most amazing food in aledo and great customer service

Use to go there a year or two ago. Food was great at first but started falling in quality. I was told they had new owners and managers maybe go back sometime but that's a pretty big maybe.

Slow service, bad food, and odd/u comfortable seating. When you go out to eat, you expect at least one of those things to be decent. Also, I'll look past a lot if the food is great. Such is not the case here. Really bad. Sad to have such a lousy place in a prime Aledo location.
