Vickery Cafe - Fort Worth

Was there from out of town, and I'm glad I made the decision to go here because it was excellent. Food and service was good.

This is a fantastic old-fashioned café. The breakfast options are classic and mouth-watering.

Food was good but I have had better. We tried this place due to a friend saying it was better than West side cafe and Dixie House. I disagree! While it was ok I don 't feel it warranted the $96 bill that came from our 5 breakfast meals. Bacon was too think so it was hard to bite through and the sausage tasted and looked like a simple frozen sausage patty. It lacked flavor. The gentleman kept my coffee full so that was a plus. It 's one of those places on my book, I tried so no need to go back.

Great homey environment. The staff was amazing and provided excellent service and the food hit the spot.
