Makeba - Aldouane

What is the world coming to when you can stumble randomly into a restaurant of this quality in... where? Richibucto, NB? Makeba is the kind of place you fantasize about finding. Fresh, expertly-prepared food, tasteful setting, great prices, in what many would consider the middle of nowhere. The owner/chef has a deft hand, understands and appreciates his ingredients and brings them together magnificently. Late lunch, no hope and, voila, the most perfect lobster roll and Caesar salad we're likely to find in all the Maritime provinces. Sweet, soft brioche roll, huge amount of fresh lobster lightly dressed with homemade mayo, all for a price that is proving hard to believe as I make my way through other lobster rolls that pale by comparison. 10 out of 10... but kind of wish I hadn't had this one first.

One of our favourite restaurant. The best seafood pizza I have ever eaten. We have tried a lot of the menu and everything is so tasty. The staff is very friendly and a calm relaxing atmosphere.

Enjoyed a cheeseburger with Caesar salad last night for supper. Both were amazing. And even had cheesecake for desert. It was to die for. Highly recommend this restaurant.

If you never tried this restaurant try it you won’t be disappointed the seafood lasagna and caesar salad it delicious

The best gourmet restaurant in Richibucto! Food is delicious , prices are very reasonable customer service is excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.
