Subway - Alcoa

Don't waste your time driving to this restaurant for 15 minutes without moving. They only seem to be open during the week for lunch, but don't bother unless you want to risk having your meal eaten by a snake.

I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich through the app and decided to take it to go. Upon opening the sandwich, I initially thought they had given me a veggie option because there was such a small amount of meat. The lack of meat made it difficult to taste, leaving me feeling disappointed.

The drive thru needs a cover over the menu board all the way to the window. When it rains you just get soaked at the menu. It’s a very unpleasant experience.

Update: Never open after 10:40, even though the OPEN sign is kept lit. Staff actively kicked out ppl at 10:40 and ignored drive thru.If you are going to close early everyday to clean, turn the sign off.Closed 15min early, would not answer drive thru
