Hotel Manager Marco Pruitt went above and beyond to ensure we felt valued. His friendly personality and genuine commitment to making our stay memorable truly stood out. He is the embodiment of the ideal manager you would expect at a Hilton hotel. His exemplary performance deserves recognition, and he should be celebrated for his exceptional management skills. I can't express enough how much he personally dedicated himself to making our experience unforgettable. If I were in the hotel industry, I would do everything I could to recruit him for my team. He is an outstanding representative of your company and should be acknowledged for his contributions. Thank you for a wonderful experience at the Knoxville Airport Hilton!
Rooms: Modern and comfortable, with genuine feather pillows—such a rarity these days! Most places opt for flat ones, but this hotel truly gets it right. Thank you! Walkability: It's just a 5-minute walk from the airport, and the walkway is covered. Food & Drinks: The food was good, but the dining room's frigid A/C caused my meal to cool down too quickly. Noteworthy details: The staff is incredibly friendly!
This hotel is very nice, particularly due to its convenient location. The restaurant and bar were excellent, and the hot tub was fantastic! Just be aware that the hot tub is small and accommodates only 6 people. Overall, I would rate the rooms 5 out of 5.
I picked this hotel because I was at the Cirrus Vision Center all week which is right down the block. Being able to walk 3 minutes from baggage claim to the hotel lobby is a big plus. Staff was excellent and friendly. Rooms were as cold as you would want them to be in hot, muggy weather. A few net-negatives: KTYS is an ACTIVE airport. If you have a room facing the airport, EXPECT early morning jet traffic. I had white noise going and it helped... somewhat. The restaurant, while an exceptionally friendly staff, left much to be desired on the quality side. I ended up taking an Uber to Hatcher's On-Target BBQ in Alcoa. WELL worth the 10 minutes drive. Lastly, the common areas of the hotel are generally NOT air conditioned. Thermostat next to the elevator on the 6th floored showed 84 degrees. I expect better from a Hyatt property.
Heather was an EXCELLENT bartender this evening after a very long trip! She was extremely helpful even right at closing time. We felt right at home and were attended to immediately. Excellent atmosphere as well.
