Kfc - Albert Lea

They're not too fast, but that's okay if it's hot fresh and tasty and great customer service. By far the best KFC in Minnesota I was so far.

The most wonderful custom service I've ever received. I came through the trip thru at 6 pm during a busy dinner service made my order, but when I got into the window, they had to put more chicken for extra crispy. The worker apologised politely for the expected 15 min waiting and offered me a 10% discount on the inconvenience. He even went so far to offer me and my mother free drinks while we waited. I was more than willing to wait patiently without the discount or free refreshments. They went beyond and beyond to make sure we were happy. Our food came well packed hot foods separated from cold items), which I absolutely appreciate! Food was excellently cooked and just as it should be. I highly recommend that you get KFC to this place! I usually would give this place 5 stars but tonight the food was tasting a little funky. Me and my boys slid on into that John and schmucked on some grub. Don’t get me wrong it was bussin bussin but I can’t seem to get off the toilet.
