Dunkin' - Albemarle

I go here almost every morning because i want coffee, and when it’s good, it’s good. But they lack consistency. I order the same coffee, and it’s made different almost every single time. Some workers are nice and some act like they hate their job and dealing with customers. The line is HORRIBLE. I waited 20 minutes yesterday just for them to hand out one bag to the customer who could have been made to pull up and wait instead of making everyone in line wait.

The fair is fast, excellent and the staff is a pleasure as always. We were far from impressed with the attitude of people during our short stay in Albemarle but the staff at the Dunkin Donuts across from the Quality Inn were outstanding and made up for all the rest!

I go to this place all the time. I don't have my car right now so I doordashed. I'm informed that there is no bacon. I didn't even get the right donuts. And I didn't get a straw for my drink. Every single thing about this order was messed up. And it had nothing to do with the Dasher. A lot of times when I get donuts from here they're not the donuts I want. They just throw random donuts in the bag. I don't like sprinkles. And now I have only donuts for breakfast. At that they're donuts I don't eat. I called the store to no response. I also don't have my car right now to go up there because it's in shop.

What a transformation! I had a terrible experience when I visited last year, but now it has been fantastic both times I've gone.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant in Albemarle, North Carolina. They really struggle to make a decent cup of coffee. It's surprising because I've found great coffee at various spots up and down the coast, but this place just doesn’t measure up.
