The outer fools. I stayed just around the corner of liberte and had often passed by and thought little about how from outside it looked like a regular pub. However, after the decision to check it, it had a beautiful French style dining room with the most amazing menu. One of the best meals I had during my six overnight in albany.
Just a really funny experience. large eating combined in a wise, clearly thought out and enjoyed by the cook as much as we enjoyed it. the personal was wonderful and attentive. a wonderful, quirky environment. pro tip, take her left over crab noodles to home and have them to the breakfast in bed! great wine card and excellent cocktails! a must go when they are in albany.
Fantastic! we rock the team in liberté. legendary definitiw recommended for everyone. crack noodles! a must try.
What a memorable dining experience at LIBERTÉ in Albany, WA Passing its handsome front bar, we entered a cosy retro classic decor room where's full of interesting sounds of laughter. A great eclectic taste in interior settings. Ie, high class Vietnamese styled furniture from its feudal/ colonial days well mixed with French styled mirrors, lightings, thick velvet curtains...Its menu shows creative concept too. My Mao Feng loose leaf tea's served in a Vietnamese styled tray teapot but cup saucer're of Western style. All ingredients in seafood steamed boat're fresh cooked exactly the flavours which I am familiar in Vietnamese Kitchen. Service's quick, thank you all team members. If anything I wish it could be done better, is the serving portion of its main dish. We expect it bigger portion. In Vietnam, this popular dish is called Seafood Hotpot. We also need brighter lighting for reading menu properly. Up ceilings there're many charming silky lanterns but they were not turned on the night we're in.
