Lavender Cottage - Albany

The coffee was excellent and the apricot muffin was delicious. My friend loved her savory muffin with butter and pickles. The small rooms can get a bit noisy if there are other customers. The service could be more welcoming and friendly.

The indoor and outdoor seating options at the front and back are very nice, surrounded by pleasant surroundings. The menu is more than adequate, and the staff provides very friendly service.

This restaurant is a hidden gem! The cozy cottage and friendly staff make you feel right at home. The backyard offers a lovely view and there's even a little corner for the kids. The food is delicious, especially the homemade croissants. It's heartwarming to see a family-run establishment like this. Absolutely beautiful.

The garden here is lovely, full of trees and flowers, a children's play area, and dog friendly at the front or through the side gate. Staff are lovely, very helpful. My favourite place for a cuppa or food or a place to chill in the sun or shade with a cold drink. Just wish it was open until 3 or 4pm as I like leisurely lunches :
