Taco Bell - Albany

I had a disappointing experience at Taco Bell. The staff seem to struggle with preparing orders properly. If I could give less than one star, I would. It was frustrating to find that sauces were missing from my bag, and they didn’t even put the Dorito tacos in the case, so they ended up crushed at the bottom. Overall, a terrible experience with poor service.

I had lunch at Mrs. Penny's, and it was fantastic! She went above and beyond by leaving her station in the kitchen to bring me some fresh, hot fries. The food was absolutely top-notch! Rating: 5/5. Thank you!

The staff was friendly, and my regular tacos were delicious. However, my Doritos Locos Taco was incorrect, and the Baja sauce in the lobby seemed to be made from syrup. This was the only reason I couldn’t give a 5-star rating.

Paid $10 for two steak quesaritos and instead I got ground bark. it was rolled up and packed as quesarito, so I really don't know where the fault was. that was around 5 o'clock, 1 other car in the drive through. no excuses, they do better. slappey drive gets my order at 2 o'clock. What about dawson?

Bad customer service skills, I asked about a new feature item on the menu and the person taking my order caught an attitude. Also the cheese is also freezing cold.
