Chick-fil-a - Albany

I really enjoy the service and atmosphere they bring. The food is great and the service time is great. There can be a very long line in drive Thursday but the wait is very short. Awesome work.

Whenever I need a fresh salad my go to spot is Chick-fil-A !! Well today I did not get my fresh delicious salad.I got a beautiful decorated salad on top but the bottom looked like lettuce that should have been trashed see below. This is not thefirst time, I handled it thru corporate office!!

I use the app once a week to order dinner for my family and pick it up from the drive-thru. The staff is almost always professional and pleasant. Sometimes our order gets a little messed up but the management always goes above and beyond to makeit right. They offer gluten free options, so my husband who has Celiac is able to eat here with lots of options.

Very disappointed at Chick-fil-A on 19. If you don?t have exact change they tell you we can?t take that. It?s fine I?ll go to Zaxby?s where they will indeed take whatever bill I give them. You just lost a customer.

The young people working there are always good. I don't know how they find them, but they always do. Very kind and well mannered. Not common with today's youth. 6 stars 5 ain't enough.
