Subconnection - Albany

Over priced. Cheaper than subway. Slowest fast food in Albany. Rude workers (workers swear and referred to me as a derogatory term) waste of schools money.

Unfortunately, not as good as they used to be. Their subs are soggy and just don't taste as fresh as they used to when they were located in the old part of the building.

I had the worst dining experience of my life at Sub-Connection. As a student at UAlbany, I strongly advise against eating there. The staff seems to prioritize making money over maintaining food quality, and often don't seem to listen to customer concerns. The food itself is tasteless and unhealthy. Please be cautious if you're considering dining there.

The food here is incredible, and the staff is fantastic. There’s nothing quite like enjoying four pieces of meat on a twelve-inch sandwich on a Tuesday afternoon—it feels like a Thanksgiving feast!

This was the slowest sandwich-making experience I've ever had. Despite repeatedly specifying my choice, they put the wrong type of cheese on my sub. Plus, the drinks didn’t even come with a lid.
