I'm deaf, and the staff were very accommodating when I wrote my order down. We received delicious food promptly. I really appreciate the service! McDonald's welcomed me warmly.

My only complaint is that after a certain time, they close despite claiming to be open 24 hours with their drive-thru service. One night when I visited, a robotic voice announced over the intercom that they were closed. Personally, I prefer the location on North Slappey Blvd here in Albany, GA.
