Kfc - Albany

The female black employee tried stealing my wifes debit card. When confronted, the employee refused to give it back. It took a manager to intervene and apologize on the behalf of the thieving employee. Not to mention, they forgot to include the gravy with the meal. I'm writing this to warn others about the fraud that may be committed if you aren't vigilant enough. Always ask for a recite too. My wife didn't get the employees name, but they should be swiftly terminated. We will never go back to this KFC location.

Ordered food in drive thru. Proceded to wait 10 minutes while our food was waiting on the counter. Female cashier was taking orders inside while our food was getting cold. Honked multiple times with no response. Eventually she came over and gave us our food then yelled at us for snapping at her. Horrible service Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
