Elhariri Hot Food - Albany

This was a go to for years for the days that I didn’t want to cook dinner. But their recent customer service was terrible. We ordered two dinners through Grubhub and only received one. There was no phone call to let us know. We gave them a call and they were rude and said that it was not their responsibility to call and let us know that they could not fulfill the entire order.

I was a customer of this place for years. My most recent order through Grubhub was delivered missing my dinner. I checked the app and they had canceled and refunded my meal but I was not contacted by Grubhub or the restaurant. When I called the restaurant to express my frustration the guy who answered the phone said “we don’t have to call you”. No you don’t I guess but that’s terrible customer service and a worse response. They’ve lost my business for being awful. Don’t trust them with your meals.

Please save your money and don't vist this eatery. A complete waste of time and money. The food was tiny and cold. Not worth the price.

A hidden treasure The food was great so glad I stopped in here.

I've ordered takeout here a lot of times and nothing can beat their lamb dishes! I've had the lamb over rice and the lamb wrap a couple of times and it was superb every time
