Desire to flee the hustle of the coastline in search of the right address, it is done! an Italian couple, very friendly, speaks a few words of French, homemade dishes with local products, we enjoyed ourselves! an address to save our next weekend in alassio!

We came in for a drink and food. Fabio… he’s AMAZING! He’s reason enough to come in for a cocktail! He asked what alcohol I like and if I like refreshing. Why yes I do. He suggested a drink, I told him yes! And it was perfectly sweet and refreshing….with elderflower. Bel In Alassio no longer has a menu, but does have a beautiful aperitif. Delish! Thank you so much, Fabio! We’ll be back.
