Summit Sushi - Alaska

Scott rocks! On a beautiful night just a hop, skip and jump from Denali, what more could you ask for than a wood deck, delicious sushi, byo within walking (discretion advised as this is my advice and not owner policy, per se) and all for a reasonable price? It 's all hard to find (especially the reasonable prices) in this neck of the great woods, so Summit Sushi is a welcome addition! Note that burritos are actually what most places call hand roll or jumbo roll but no less delicious for the name and with some creative originals as well as the usual standbys. My daughter loved the one with flaming cheetos! We will be back for sure maybe as soon as tomorrow! Hope to see you there!

Excellent food. The tuna poki was one of the best I've ever had. It was also a complete meal with rice, chips and seaweed salad. Wish we had more time here so I could order more.

This place was beyond awesome! It was the most amazing sushi from a sushi truck! Who would have thought a sushi truck would be this delicious. I highly recommend stopping by for a roll. We had to order more to try because the first 2 we're so great. The owner was very nice also.

Volcano roll, sushi burrito, and squid salad were all excellent! Best sushi I've ever eaten.

I have never eaten fried sushi before I came to Summit Sushi. It was the most pleasant lunch experience that i have ever had. I recommend this store to all people who have tried sushi and thought it needed a little Americanizing. Thanks for a great meal Summit!
