We stayed here at the lido and went to lunch at the restaurant thinking of doing the typical fast lunch from the beach which then surprised us with a very well-kept and level kitchen. We took a fry that was really exceptional, and a very good octopus. The menu offers a wide variety of appetizers and main dishes delicious and appetizing with an accurate and modern combination of ingredients that will amaze you. All we ate was fresh and delicious. The chef uses the best ingredients to produce dishes that are simply exquisite. The presentation of the dishes is worthy of the best restaurants. The chef Raffaele Capasso does not miss a shot and offers a kitchen where the sea and refined flavors blend wisely in a perfect balance, well done pasta and the really good seconds! Chef aware of the need to preserve and enhance the raw material without overturning it. I felt at home, attended the restaurant and bar for three weeks where I had lunch, dinner, tried takeaway food, cocktails etc. all exceptional. If you want to know more, read my review. The mermaid bay is a village, but I can't tell you anything because I just tried the bar. The restaurant is on one side bar for fast dishes (salads or bruschettoni) and on the other restaurant. The location is higher than the beach and is open, so you will admire all the lido.
