Contribuiți la feedbackWe decided to go here for post Vday date and ordered lamb skewers, kurobuta skewers, steak mountain and caramelized pork belly Lamb skewers were 3/5. Kurobuta skewers were 2/5. Was excited to try steak mountain, but i forgot that a review mentioned that the mountain was made up of rice. It was 3.5/5 The pork belly was 4.5/5 amazing. I loved the tutong bits. The meat was tender and flavorful. Wanna go back for actual steak!!!
Loved the food! The meat was juicy and melts in your mouth, and the servings were rather generous as well. Staff was also very attentive and polite! Will definitely be back!
One of the newest restaurants in a foodie mecca like Molito. Located in the new building, across Santi's. I was amazed with the unique menu. Kurobuta Skewers 2 pieces per order. Not heavily seasoned, but very flavorful with the leeks. Forgot the other appetizer, but it was beef with marmalade and crostini on the side. Guanciale Pasta Creamy and indulgent, but not cloying. I suggest sharing this. Their version of eggless carbonara. Steak Mountain An umami bomb with wagyu sukiyaki strips, Argentinian beef cubes, bonito flakes, shimeji mushrooms. Rib Eye Katsu A welcome change to the usual pork katsu. Beef was still tender. Katsu not too oily. Caramelized Pork Belly The sauce is a nice balance of sweet and savory. Rice is very flavorful. Soft pork and tutong rice is a great play of textures, since it's served in a skillet. Cheesecake I admit to not being into cheesecakes, but I appreciate their version. One, it is baked. It doesn't feel gelatinous. Dense, with the right mix of cheesy and creamy. While they were on soft opening, staff was attentive. Shout out to MM, the owner. She was very charming and friendly to the customers.
