Red Lobster - Akron

Great food! Amazing staff! Shrimps, biscuits and broccoli were all made fresh and delicious! The restaurant was really busy during dinner, but the staff were all very friendly. Many employees and all seemed to help each other what is refreshing (as some companies are lately no more employees and burned, not the case here). Would come back!

It was a pleasant experience that I was in good company with a fantastic waitress. It was refreshing to have someone who knew and understood the menu and my wishes. I had a coconut margarita not on the menu, but was very tasty. Also a bartender??????

My family of 3 and 3 other people) were the only other people in the bar area this day. It took about 10 minutes before our waitress came by. The food was forgotten and when you remembered it, we got attitude. Just a very bad experience. We are trying to give this restaurant a chance, but its just frozen food is reheated. I wish someone would open a good restaurant with seafood. We're done with Red Lobster. I bought gift cards to give my parents for Christmas, but I give them someone else.

So disappointed tonight with our experience. My husband and I were looking forward to a nice meal. Instead, we sat in our booth for 20 minutes. Nobody even ordered a drink. Servers went from us, stood at the POS talk. When we were at the host and asked for a manager, we said he was busy with another customer. We left. It wasn't because of a lack of work. There were many servers. No one took care of us. If I could give you a negative assessment, I would.

We went on a Friday around 430. Our waitress Ashley had quite a few tables but we waited 26 mins to have our order taken. I actually had the menu in front of me watched the table next to me receive their order, eat it and wait for boxes while I still had the menu in front of me..it would have been acceptable if I was by myself but I was working and had only 3 hours to eat with my client. She was nice yes but paint dries faster.
